Refund Policy

All products from JosDough Bakery are made to order. For this reason, refunds are not permitted once an order has been placed, provided the order is delivered or received within the agreed-upon timeframe selected at checkout.

Because our bread and baked goods are perishable and prepared specifically for each customer, we are unable to accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations after an order is confirmed.

If there is an issue with your order due to an error on our part (such as receiving the incorrect item), please contact us as soon as possible so we can review the situation.
